In August 2022, Yasmin joined the ECB’s Operations Team, where she now plays a key role in coordinating logistics and support for national and touring teams. Notably, during the second Test of the India vs England five-match series, Jasprit Bumrah was rested for workload management and did not feature in the India playing XI.
