Manchester United ready to sell entire squad except for some players: Reports

According to recent reports, Manchester United are set to sell all their players in the upcoming summer transfer window, except for four. The club considers Patrick Dorgu, Bruno Fernandes, Harry Maguire, and Amad Diallo crucial to their future aspirations. Manchester United intends to offload multiple players to provide Ruben Amorim with the transfer funds he desires ahead of the summer window. The club has strong faith in Amorim and is committed to backing him fully.

As part of this overhaul, United are looking to sell star players Marcus Rashford, Alejandro Garnacho, and Antony, who is currently on loan at Real Betis. In contrast, Fernandes, Maguire, Diallo, and Dorgu are viewed as the backbone of the squad.

Meanwhile, Garnacho and Kobbie Mainoo are also expected to depart in the summer transfer window. Chelsea have shown interest in Mainoo, while both Chelsea and Napoli were reportedly pursuing Garnacho during the January window.

What did Paul Parker say about Alejandro Garnacho’s potential transfer window?

According to a former Manchester United defender, Alejandro Garnacho could be sold, unlike Kobbie Mainoo. He stated that if a new player comes in, Garnacho’s absence wouldn’t be felt as much as the club would miss the services of Mainoo. He said:

Regarding Garnacho, if someone new were to come in, I don't think he holds the same as Mainoo. Would he be missed in that sense? I would personally say no, not at all really, and doubt he would be missed too much if he were to go

On the other hand, Paul Parker also mentioned that Garnacho appears to be looking for a move away from the club. He added that he believes a big club abroad would be a better fit for the young winger. He said:

It appears that he is already looking for that move anyway and will go once he thinks that a big club abroad is going to be better than Manchester United. I think he will only find out once he gets there that it won't be the same. He will understand that where he is now is virtually as good as it gets, and he needs to show everything
