Kylian Mbappe shares heartfelt message for Luka Modric

Thanking Modric for his contributions to the club and for repeatedly making history, Mbappé expressed how lucky he felt to have shared the locker room with the legendary Croatian. The Frenchman also praised Modric’s professionalism, noting how he maintained consistency throughout the years. He added that Modric achieved something priceless: the respect and admiration of the entire world. He posted:

Before being one of the best players of all time, you are a wonderful person. You wrote the history of the best club in the world for more than a decade and won everything. But you won something that have no price: the respect and the admiration of the world. Thank you for everything LEGEND.

Luka Modric will leave Real Madrid as a legend, having won numerous trophies while silencing his critics along the way. Since joining Tottenham Hotspur, he secured 28 trophies in 13 years, averaging two titles per season. This includes five Champions League titles under Zinedine Zidane and Carlo Ancelotti. For his immense contributions, he also won the Ballon d’Or in 2018.
