Famous YouTuber, actress, and former Radio Jockey RJ Mahvash recently broke her silence regarding her relationship with Yuzvendra Chahal, stating that she and Yuzvendra Chahal were good friends and she stood by him during a difficult time—specifically when he separated from his ex-wife, Dhanashree, and went through a divorce. Mahvash has refuted all rumours concerning a romantic relationship between them.

Recently, in an interview, RJ Mahvash denied being in a relationship. This matter garnered headlines, particularly because, just a few days prior, the two had unfollowed each other on Instagram. Following this, speculation arose that a rift had developed between them and that they had decided to part ways. However, Mahvash clarified that the two were never actually in a relationship.

“It's common for people to fuss about little things. When you go through it, it is not too big an issue. Like two friends unfollowed each other after an argument. And that's where it ends. In fact, when you are comfortable talking absolute nonsense with friends, you should not hold any grudges against them. So, my best wishes will always be with him, and I will always wish him the best. "It's not that big of a deal," Mahvash remarked.

“No such thing existed. He needed a good buddy at that time, and I place a high importance on friendships. We helped him as much as we could when he was going through a really difficult time," she continued. 

After Yuzvendra Chahal and Dhanashree separated, RJ Mahvash was spotted with Yuzvendra Chahal on a few occasions, following which rumours began circulating that the two were in a relationship. However, both Chahal and RJ Mahvash have consistently denied these rumours regarding a relationship. 

Yuzvendra Chahal is currently busy in IPL 2026, where he is playing for Punjab Kings. His IPL 2026 is not going impressively. So far, he has taken 10 wickets in 13 matches at an economy rate of 8.73. He has been out of Team India for a long time. Meanwhile, he was also a part of the 2024 T20 World Cup squad, but he did not find a place in the playing XI. Chahal is now mostly seen on the field in domestic matches and the IPL. The last time he was seen playing in a blue jersey was in 2023.
