Nehal Wadhera then batted beautifully well to bail the Punjab Kings out of trouble as he stitched a couple of impressive half-century partnerships with skipper Shreyas Iyer and Shashank Singh. The southpaw batter smashed a fantastic knock of 70 runs off just 37 deliveries that included 5 sixes and as many fours.
Shashank Singh also contributed with an excellent unbeaten innings of 59 runs off 31 balls that consisted of 5 fours and 3 sixes while Azmatullah Omarzai played an exciting cameo of 21 runs off just 9 balls to help the Punjab Kings finish with a massive total of 219 runs for the loss of 5 wickets.

The Rajasthan Royals had a wonderful powerplay having scored a total of 89 runs in the first six overs.
The Rajasthan Royals openers provided a solid foundation with an impressive partnership of 76 runs in just 4.5 overs. Suryavanshi notched up a quick-fire knock of 40 runs off just 15 deliveries that included 4 sixes and as many fours. On the other hand, Jaiswal smashed a superb half-century knock off only 25 balls that consisted of 9 fours and 1 six.

For the Punjab Kings, it was left-arm spinner Harpreet Brar who completely turned the tables while coming in as an Impact Player in the second innings.
