BCCI announces India A squad for the Australia A series
The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has announced India A’s Test and ODI squads for the upcoming home series against Australia A. For the ODI series, Ruturaj Gaikwad will lead the side, with Devdutt Padikkal as his deputy. Hardik Pandya is also included in the ODI series; however, his availability will depend on his fitness.
In the ODI squad, star players like Rajat Patidar, Priyansh Aryam, Vipraj Nigam, Naman Dhir, and Prabhsimran Singh have also been selected for the squad.
In addition to the ODI squad, the BCCI has also announced the Test squad. Devdutt Padikkal will be the captain of this team, while Sai Sudharsan will be his deputy. Kumar Kushagra, Shams Mulani, Tanush Kotian, Tushar Deshpande, Anshul Kamboj, Praful Hinge, and Narayana Jagadeesan, such as players were selected in the long-format series.

Australia A side's tour of India will begin with a 2-match Test series. The first test match is scheduled from September 22 to 25. The second test will be played from September 29 to October 02. Following this, three ODIs will be held on September 6, 9, and 11, respectively. All matches will be held at the Cricket Association Puducherry Siechem Ground, Puducherry.
